Conor Duff BL is a Barrister specialising in whistleblowing law in Ireland. He is a graduate of the Honorable Society of King's Inns (BL), Trinity College Dublin (LL.M.), Maynooth University (LL.B.), and the Law Society of Ireland, where he holds professional diplomas. Conor also holds a Professional Certificate in Whistleblowing Law, Policy and Practice from Maynooth University.
Conor has acted in a number of the leading whistleblowing cases in the Irish State and predominantly represents whistleblowers. Among his successful cases, Conor brought the very first application for interim relief against penalisation before Dublin's Circuit Court under Irish whistleblowing legislation.
In addition to his practice at the Bar, Conor guest lectures on the Whistleblowing Law module at Maynooth University and has also volunteered with Transparency International Ireland, providing legal advice through their Legal Advice Centre and supporting individuals navigating the complexities of whistleblowing law.
